Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital
Kettering Medical Center has announced plans to construct the Benjamin and Marian
Schuster Heart Hospital on the Southern Boulevard campus. Attached to KMC and its
emergency services, the Heart Hospital will include the latest technology and
education in keeping with KMC’s leadership in cardiovascular treatment.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for 2007, pending planning and contributions, and
will include significant donor recognition opportunities.
For additional information, please contact Martin Clark, President, at
937-395-8607.
Kettering College of Medical Arts
With the recent completion of its new facilities in the Boonshoft Center for
Medical Sciences, the College’s most pressing need is for scholarships to support
deserving and needy students. Donors can endow scholarships or fund them annually.
In doing so you can focus on a specific program and help set criteria for
selecting student recipients. Scholarships can also be named for someone of your
choosing, an excellent way to honor or memorialize a loved one.
For additional information, please call Martin Clark, President, at 937-395-8607.
Annual Fund
The Foundation’s Board of Directors makes grants from the Annual Fund and other
unrestricted gifts to support Kettering Medical Center’s strategic initiatives
and meet changing needs.
For additional information, please contact Martin Clark, President, at 937-395-8607.
Wallace Kettering Neuroscience Institute
The Wallace Kettering Neuroscience Institute’s (WKNI) physicians and scientists
are treating and conducting research into schizophrenia, epilepsy, stroke, memory
disorders, neuro-oncology, and other degenerative diseases. Launched by generous
donors, WKNI’s continuation requires grants and gifts.
For additional information, please contact Martin Clark, President at
937-395-8607.
Charitable Gift Annuities
The charitable gift annuity (CGA) is one of several instruments available to meet
your income and estate planning needs. The CGA gives you the satisfaction of
making a gift to advance high quality healthcare, receive a guaranteed income for
life, and benefit from favorable tax treatment.
For additional information, please contact Dave McElwee, Director of Major and
Planned Gifts, at 937-395-8607.
